Phlebotomy - (Live Virtual Online and In Person Practice)

Starts - Saturday, Dec 7, 2024, from 10AM to 12:30PM for online lecture and live clinical practice is usually held on Saturdays as scheduled by the instructor. (Plan 4-6 weeks including testing) Cost: $1400 with payment plan options. The Workshop includes: Perform proper procedures for venipuncture using all equipment and needle methods, and needle sizes to obtain blood and special collection procedures for skin puncture and blood cultures, and processing and preparing specimens for transportation.

Medical Assistant Skills Review Certification Prep- (Live Virtual Online and In Person Practice) Starts - Thursday, Dec 5, 2024 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM for lecture, live clinical practice is usually held on Saturdays as scheduled by the instructor. (Plan 4-6 weeks including testing ) Cost $1200 with payment plan options. The Workshop includes: Review clinical and exam room procedures, and general healthcare office administration management, communication, laws and ethics, terms, patient navigator and advocate, preventive care, nutrition, medical records, patient assessment, exam room, medications, injections, vitals, EKG, urinalysis and certification exam prep.

EKG: (Live Virtual Online and In Person Practice on site) Starts - Wednesday, Dec 4, 2024 from 7PM - 9PM for 4 weeks for lecture and live clinical practice is usually held on Saturdays as scheduled by the instructor.. Cost: $600. The Workshop includes: Patient Assessment, Preparation, Documentation, EKG Placement Techniques, EKG Recording and basic Interpretation, EKG Troubleshooting, EKG terminology, Heart rhythm recognition and basic interpretation, Patient preparation, assessments and Proper documentation, ECG procedures and placement techniques.

Medical Billing: (Live Virtual Online and In Person Practice on site)

Starts- Tuesday, January 7, 2025, from 7:00PM to 9:00PM, Plan 5-6 weeks Including testing.) Cost $1200 payment plan options. The Workshop includes: Medical Billing patient claims processing using CPT and ICD codes, medical insurance, and electronic records.

Medical Administration: (Live Virtual Online) Starts- Tuesday, Dec 3, 2024, from 7PM to 9PM, Plan 5-6 weeks Including testing.) Cost - $1200 with payment plan options. The Workshop training includes: medical office administration and procedures, patient communication, patient scheduling appointments and patient check in, healthcare medical records, electronic records, medical law and ethics, frequently used medical terms, medical management, exam room procedures and purchasing medical supplies.

BLS for Healthcare Workers - Red Cross - TBD Wednesdays 6:00PM to 9:00PM One day including testing) $125. (Live In Person) Emergency Care Procedures: CPR, AED, First Aid: Seizure, Stroke, Shock, Cuts, Burns, Cardiovascular, Poison, Sudden emergencies, Bites, Bleeding, Diabetic, Fainting.

In Person Practical Training Locations: We offer a variety of healthcare training location sites for practical applications with three local sites to include: National Harbor, Elthridge MD, and Alexandria VA. Attendees may register for our live virtual online sessions and complete the practical skills at a location near them as available. and scheduled by the instructor.

Training Fees Range = $1400 to $600 - Payment Plan Options for individuals are available for most workshops. Company sponsored healthcare employees must pay in full on the first day of class.

Textbook or Study guide material is separate and may be purchased online.

Healthcare facilities may call anytime for customized training workshops at your medical office, clinic, or hospital location. Covering all States.

Workshops Offered: Practice Management, EKG, Phlebotomy, Medical Administration, Medical Billing, Dental Administration, General Lab Procedures, Electronic Health Records, Vital Signs, HIPAA, CPR and First Aid, Certification Review Classes.

Certificate: A certificate is issued upon successful completion of evaluation assessments for all training workshops.

Cancellation Policy for Training Registration: Upon registration applicants who must cancel due to personal reasons prior to attending the class and start date will be charged 25% of the tuition cost and cancellations on or after the class start date prior to attending will be charged 50% of the tuition cost. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to drhelptraining@outlook.com. No exchanges or transfers to another workshop upon registration.

Registration fees and Tuition fees are non-refundable.

Tutoring is available and scheduled upon request for current attendees for private one on one thirty minute sessions at $100 per session.

Healthcare Employment Services are available for healthcare professionals. such as Job Search, Temporary and Permanent staffing referral assistance, healthcare job search counseling, resume development, marketing, and interviewing techniques. This is a fee based service.

Medical administration management and medical billing services are available for doctors offices.
